Duct cleaning alone is considered maintenance and does not require an RBQ license. However, duct sealing (whether manual or via aerosolized technology like Aeroseal) directly modifies and repairs a building's mechanical ventilation infrastructure. It strictly requires a valid RBQ Subclass 15.7 or 15.8 (Ventilation) license
